Sir i want to inform you that there is a person who has given my number to lucknow nagar nigam for the payment of his house tax and they have mistakenly registered my number with his name and house tax id and because of this every time the messages are coming on my number that your payment has not been done i had visited many time in nagar nigam office but they are not taking any action instead of this they are telling that please ignore this message as action will taken against that person not against you i have paid my house tax bill and i am using this number since 2009 and i am sending you the message which came on my mobile number and the details also
