Lucknow Nagar Nigam — name change in house tax bill

Dear sir / madam,

I applied for change of name after purchase of house e4564, house id 9157a63554, zone 2, hardeen rai nagar ward (73), e block, rajaji puram, lucknow, up.

Note that i applied in the month of march 2019 and submitted all documents including affidavit. That time concern officer mr. Pawan was not present and i was told that come tomorrow. I said, no, i live in mumbai and can't come again. If any officer is not present, any other officer should take charge. No-one was aware that whether he is coming or not. What i understand, if any employee come late or absent, hr dept mark absent or late mark on masterol register. Anyway, that's internal matter of nagarnigam.
After few days when i discussed with mr. Pawan, he wanted me to present in lucknow. I said why? I have submitted all documents, why i should be there in lucknow? However, when i was in lucknow, he told me that you have submitted all documents and now i will do it within 45 days.
I was discussing with mr. Pawan, he disconnected my call. Then i approach mr. Varun nahuguna (Mob.-[protected]). He helped me a lot and ask for all documents through whatsapp. After mr. Varun guidance, i deposited payment (Fee) and the same debited on 21 may 2019 from my account.
Since that day i am continuously asking for update records, mr. Pawan is always misguiding us and giving wrong information.

In aforesaid house, my sister is residing. She is continuously going to meet mr pawan. Pawan is only giving dates and dates only. Couple of days back, my sister visited nagar nigam office (It was 5th or 6th visit) and again pawan told her that one senior lady is not present come again.

My question are ….

Why such harassment???

1) if any government officer is not present and job got dealt and delay, who is going to pay for loss of time and money both? This amount i need reimbursement from your department.

2) if your department is misguiding us, what your department will do with uneducated / poor guys.

3) reason why delay of approx 1/3 period of a year for a small job, wherein, i am continuously in touch with pawan, nagar nigam officer (Mob. [protected])

4) indirectly your department is passing a message that instead of waisting customer time and money, give some money to them and get the job done, isn't???

5) now a days, in electronic era, it should not take a week period after fee credited in nagar nigam account.

6) i am willing to know reasons why huge delay, offcourse in writing so that i will forward this to other concern department for future improvement in your system dept so that other customer should not suffer.

Garbage Colection service in very pethatic. I don't know why you have started when you can not manage it. Colection worker come 10days in a month and charge full amount for that.
