Lucknow Nagar Nigam — parking and traffic problems due to road encroachment by vendors

Parents n students of st dominic savio college in bhootnaath market, indira nagar, have to face parking and traffic problem daily as most of the road n whole footpaths are encroached upon by vegetable vendors. These vendors have been told to set shops after 2-3 p. M. So that there is less parking and traffic problem when the school gets over but these vendors do not pay any heed n quarrel n fight if they r told to give space.
Please take some action that lasts permanently as they go away if police comes n then again revert to their old habits after some days. Something needs to be done that has lasting effects.
