I am from Bal Krishna Nagar There is a dog in our area .He is bitting other dogs. Actually the dog is mad. We suspect him of rabies, He was a calm dog was living here since an year, but suddenly he became agressive, started attacking other dogs for no reason... It might harm the people severely.
