Lucknow RPO — Delaying in passport

I have applied passport in last year Dec 2024 PVR is done but passport does not dispatch status was showing date application under review, I have visited passport Office RPO Luckow and submitted Document again.
now status is change it says Passport application is put on hold at RPO due to the following reason: Data Entry Modification Required. Your application in under review at Passport Office. Please visit passport office ONLY if you are called to do so through letter OR Email.
I didn't receive any email.
