Dear Sir i had apply the passport and i got but in there my name and my date of birth is not correct than i had again apply the correction form but again my date of birth is not correct(in place of 12/05/1983 written is 15/05/1983). i am doing pvt job having very limited leave .when i was going to again apply for correction then passport officer is saying that you will be apply new passport i can not be corrected. i requesting please do the needful. my passport no is-J3331347.

Attention : Mr. R. N. Rai, Regional Passport Officer, RPO- Lucknow, UP India I, ANWAR HABIB ZIAJACOB, US CITIZEN, OCI CARD HOLDER OF INDIA, have made several complaint against the CID report who is wanted more money than the fist event of Rs. 1500 for each passport was given to him, (total of two (2) Passports, one for wife as house wife and one minor baby girl in age of 10 years old) has been held the report by CID under above mention Thana police of Local Police office Jaitpur who is not willing to clear the report because he wants more money which I am not willing to give nay more. The CID and/ or the police man trying to insult my father-in.law who is very poor farmer living in a village of Inamipatti, Ratna where my wife and daughters were living with him and PREVIOUS EXPIRED P passports were also issued from the same place. The essential issue is notable that the two Minors one daughter and one son already have received their passport last year from the old address the same Innami patti, Rtna, Amedkar nagar, UP India which was inspected by other CID and report had been cleared by another CID previously. The second CID and / or Police who should clear the report after taking money in sum of Rs. 1500 x 2 =3000 had been taken and promised the report yet kept in pending with expectation of taking more money. I have visited personally to Gomati Nager Office and met Mr. Mishra who has promised that after clearance of police verification he will release the surrendered two passports immediately. I request you to clear these 2 passports which is indeed not required police verification at all because one is house wife who had been received the passport at the same address previously and second one is minor who has also received her previous passport previously, too..
