Lucknow University — college advance fee not refunded

This is deepak kumar yadav s/o rajbali yadav. I submitted college advance fee and counciling registration fee in first phase of first round counciling but not alloted any college. As pr university guidelines advance college fee will refund if not allotment of any college. But not refunded till now.
So i request to you refund my fee as soon as possible. My registration number is [protected]
