The advance college fee which I have depositted INR 5000 is not refunded in my account which lucknow University in their guidelines promises to refund when no college is alloted. I(avinash mishra) have submitted councelling fee and 3000 advance college fee.any college has not been alloted to me as per my filled choices and state rank in first round.But advance college fee is not refunded yet.
