Lucknow University — Registration fee refund for Phase 4 counselling

With due humble request my self Manisha Yadav I enrolled for B.ed. 2020 with registration ID - BED[protected] And my roll no. was 70670088 I took part in BED councelling 2020 in phase 4 I paid Rs.5750/- as councelling fees on 04/12/2020 with transaction ID- VHMP[protected] With receipt no.[protected]
After that I haven't get any College after the counselling result but till today after 3 months Past I didn't get refund of my councelling fees.
So please look into it asap and provide my refund ASAP.
Because I didn't get college which I choose so that it's your duty to refund my amount ASAP. So it's my humble request please look into it and take appropriate action so that my amount get be refunded in my respective account. I had made payment through HDFC Bank credit card online mode.
So please take proper steps to ensure that my amount of councelling fees get refunded in my respective account.
