Lulu And Sky — Not refunding money and say they have not received all the products

I bought 5 items from them and returned three. Below is the status of the three products i returned using THEIR courier service and IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING

1. 1 handbag is not appearing in the list of items i have returned. I returned it via xpressbees and I don’t know if they misplaced it or whatever but it is not showing up on my profile

2. One product shows “QC failed” even though it was completely intact when I returned it

3. One item is “in transit to warehouse” since last 15 days. Seems like it has lost the way or something.

Now they are saying two of the three products are dirty and yhey cannot refund the money even though I don’t know how the bags would get dirty.

This is just a way of cheating customers.
