I have bought luminous NXG1100, since 2 months there is problem of overload in it, sometimes it is not charged by solar and sometimes with light, I have complained many times but these people are not giving service,
I am very upset.
Neither the shopkeeper nor the company is providing service, so we should be called consumers.
please take strict action against them..
I want to refund or new products related to it..

    3.75 kva solor pcu mai solor overload ki problem aa rahi hai jis mai 7 ya 8 baar complaint ki or pcb change hua lekin problem solve nahi ho pai . pura set change karne se mana kiya gaya customer care no pe problem sun nahi rahe hai or pcu wifi ka set hote hue usmai wifi inbulit card missing hai factory se. Mer kahne ke baad bhi install nahi kar rahe hai . pura set pcu change bhi nahi kar rahe hai jubki waranty mai hai abi .

[protected], I have called 25 times to customer care, he gave engineer no. then come to know his area not added in my service area .with in one month product found faulty, such a big blunder mistake to purchase lumunios inverter in my life.if not solved take big action to resolve it.

        Non delivery of the Inverter for which payment has been made

        Hi,
        I was in discussion with your sales team to buy a 10 kva inverter with 15 batteries (Model - cruze+ 10kva inverter and rc18000 150ahtubular). Before making the final payment, i sent a whatsapp message to your sales team member, vijay ([protected]), who had been coordinating with me right from beginning. The screenshot of the conversation with vijay, on 5th july at 7.45am where i mentioned that i am going to transfer rs 249370/-...

          Dear luminous i had purchased inverter, battery and panel. Everything was operating well but after 2 years battery backup was going to worst condition. I complained about this and after many calls your engineer visit and concluded that there is fault in my battery and it is under warranty and they ask me to drop the battery to a shop and after 16 days i got back same battery with same issue i complained again and it was send again for replacement but this time again i get the same one.
          It's my request to solve my issue within warranty period. I am suffering this issues for last 4 months.

            I had purchased a KW solar panel system from Kanpur dealer in front of Anand Puri, Kanpur Nagar before a day . Wherein, a panel is heavily scratched in middle. Please replace its panel immediately and it is also requested to a make a arrange for installing its system.

                    We have got a new Luminous UPS . Which is causing the issue from the day of purchasing. They have not advised to purchase UPS that is suitable to our Office. We are disappointed with this product and decided to return but they are not accepting our request.
                    Device is not compatible to our Infrastructure.

                            I purchased "Luminous London Mayfair 1200mm Ceiling Fan (Bourneville
                            Brown) | B07PD71S2H" thru Amazon on Dec 24 2020 and which got
                            delivered to my previous address on Dec 30 2020. On Jan 15 2021 when I
                            installed the Fan I got to know that it is not working so I raised the
                            complaint (# [protected]) with the help of Luminous customer care and on 16/01/2021 I was told(by Luminous Customer care) the technician would visit in 24-48 hours and have it
                            repaired. Now 6 days have already passed. but still no technician has
                            turned up till date.
                            Initially, it was assigned to Technician Narasimhamurthy C N -
                            (Contact # [protected]), but he didn't come to repair it and then
                            yesterday I got the message that it has been transferred to some other
                            technician named Dinakaran A (Contact # [protected]). I called
                            Dinakaran and he told me it is a wrong number as he doesn't work for Luminous and he is not the technician. Again I called the customer care and they shared with me the number of Rammurthy(Contact # [protected]) saying he is the head of the area. After calling him up 5-6 times he picked up the call and assured me that the technician will visit today and get the fan repaired, but he also lied as no one visited and moreover I have not received any call from a luminous employee. I had specifically told Rammurthy that if today also technician does not visit I will escalate this matter to higher management. It seems no one cares in luminous.
                            Before purchasing the Fan I was under the impression that Luminous is THE BRAND, but the kind of third class product I received and India's WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I came across I realized I made a BIG mistake by opting Luminous fan.

                            Please take necessary action against this anti-customer company and help me.

                                  I have purchased Luminous Cruze 2kva inverter with two 150mah batteries only few days ago having serial numbers HAKB83C1243281 N9K494F1050979 AND K9K494E1550273 through online mode on luminous website. The inverter is showing full charge within few minutes and then shows low battery within few minutes with no load .. I raised complaint regarding the same and an agent visited for checking the same .. He checked for few minutes and told us to take the same to service centre as it has some problem. Why should i take this product to sevice centre only after few days of purchase . i guess they have provided me defected product. Kindly help in replacing my product .

                                    My name is Tuhin Chakma and I have purchased 2kva Cruze Inverter along with 2 RC 18000 150ah tubular batteries with order ID [protected] on 28th September 2020 but they told me the seller won't be able to deliver . So, I had to cancel it after waiting for 5 days. They told the they have initiated the refund on 8th Oct 2020 and I will receive the refund of Rs 36, 699 to my account within 7 days.
                                    To this day I haven't received any refunds. Kindly please tell the Luminous company to refund my money as soon as possible or I am bound to go to Consumer Court.

                                    They should also be in touch with the customer informing about the refund status. Need a dedicated customer support who deals with refunds rather than present support which just transfer calls and not helpful. Hopefully I saved the number of an agent who helped me with the issue.

                                    Be Careful guys there are scammers who call them they are from the company you complaint about and ask your card details for refund. I got a call from this scammer [protected] whose real name is Arjun Singh from Uttar Pradesh, but he won't tell you his real name.

                                      On july 27, 2020, i bought a ceiling fan made by luminous, it developed a problem within 30 days of its purchase. It lost its speed despite full voltage. The company failed to address the problem and subsequently in its resolution. To my surprise, the top hierarchy of the company including the ceo himself, in whose attention i brought the issue, avoided, deliberately or otherwise to solve it. At the time of purchase, i was told that product would be replaced but later on, the total output comes to be cipher.

                                      My advice to all the readers and public in general is that don't go just by brands. Big brands have poor problem solving system as it is commonly outsourced to some third party, as is in the case of luminous.in all such cases as it has happened in my case, we dont get value of our money. Beware of such big firms and companies. Dont just trust them.
