I purchased zelio+1100 & inverlast ILTT18048 N on APRIL 13 2019 on luminous website. On January 2022 the battery not working informed luminous service engineer. They are saying battery not working hence need to be replace. After that luminous service persons denying replacement due to invoice required. But I didn’t find invoice, but i have purchase proof in luminous website Order pdf copy and warranty papers is there still 2 years warranty is there .but luminous service engineer required invoice other than we cant replace . This not correct for customer support. I purchased only your website. Again iam not purchased any luminous products in my life ..🙏🙏
