The display of my 8 month old zelio 1100 plus inverter went blank and i raised the complaint on 29/1/2020. Until today, that is 18/2/2020, they have not even visited my house nor responding to any of my calls. I have called the customer care multiple times and every time they say that they have escalated the issue but i do not get any response. The compliant ticket is being closed without resolving the issue and they do not have the process to confirm with the customer if the issues has been resolved before closing the ticket. The customer care email id [protected]@luminousindia.com is non-responsive and is totally dead. Shame on luminous!!! I regret buying luminous product and would not recommend it to anybody. If you are not able to provide even the basic customer service, you should not be in this business.
