I purchased "Luminous London Mayfair 1200mm Ceiling Fan (Bourneville
Brown) | B07PD71S2H" thru Amazon on Dec 24 2020 and which got
delivered to my previous address on Dec 30 2020. On Jan 15 2021 when I
installed the Fan I got to know that it is not working so I raised the
complaint (# [protected]) with the help of Luminous customer care and on 16/01/2021 I was told(by Luminous Customer care) the technician would visit in 24-48 hours and have it
repaired. Now 6 days have already passed. but still no technician has
turned up till date.
Initially, it was assigned to Technician Narasimhamurthy C N -
(Contact # [protected]), but he didn't come to repair it and then
yesterday I got the message that it has been transferred to some other
technician named Dinakaran A (Contact # [protected]). I called
Dinakaran and he told me it is a wrong number as he doesn't work for Luminous and he is not the technician. Again I called the customer care and they shared with me the number of Rammurthy(Contact # [protected]) saying he is the head of the area. After calling him up 5-6 times he picked up the call and assured me that the technician will visit today and get the fan repaired, but he also lied as no one visited and moreover I have not received any call from a luminous employee. I had specifically told Rammurthy that if today also technician does not visit I will escalate this matter to higher management. It seems no one cares in luminous.
Before purchasing the Fan I was under the impression that Luminous is THE BRAND, but the kind of third class product I received and India's WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I came across I realized I made a BIG mistake by opting Luminous fan.
Please take necessary action against this anti-customer company and help me.
