Luminous Power Technologies — Not attending complaint even after 5 days.

I got installed 1050 Va eco volt UPS from Luminous 15 days ago, but don't know what product they have given, within 15 days UPS got burnt inside due to technical default and not working since 12.06.2015. Same day i had registered complaint with Luminous and they have provided complaint No. [protected] mentioning that the complaint will be resolved with in 48 hours. But as of now no one has attended the complaint from Luminous and whenever i call the customer support center, they say that the complaint is still open and it will be resolved today or tomorrow. I dont know how many today and tomorrow they need to attend the complaint and after attending to rectify the error also they need some more time. I requesting Luminous team to attend the complaint immediately or you may return our amount as we will go with good companies (Till now i thought that Luminous is best in Battery and Inverter business). After my experience, i also learnt that Luminous is having very worst product with irresponsible and careless team. Even some of my friends also experienced the same problem with Luminous and finally went to other reputed make due to continuous problem in UPS.
