I have order Battery 150 Ah - RC18000 from Luminous website on 5th April 2022 in morning. Then I received a call from Luminous stating that this product can not deliver to my area so I have to either go for another model or cancel the order.
So I dropped the email to cancel the order and its already been more than 24 hours and there is no response. I called sales support today and I was told that my order will be cancelled by 7PM today. Well, its not. This type of customer experience is not expected from brand like Luminous.
I have attached the order details and I need order cancellation and refund initiation ASAP.
