I have raised a complaint on 23rd dec but till today there is no response. I have called them more than 100 times but they say will solve but nothing is working.
At the time of complaint, they said issue will be addressed within 24-48 hours. It's been more than 96 hours and there is no response. My inventer is in warranty and they are responding to my calls after multiple calls also.
How can i take an action against this company which don't even have minimum responsibility to address the issues. They dont even know how to talk to the customer.
As i am a customer, i will have full rights to question on the services which they promised to do.
I request you to take a serious action on such companies who don't care about the customers because they surviving only because of the customers. If no customer will they exist? Was this information helpful? |
