I was cheated and fooled around by the driver. He over charged the payment and never had the courtesy to return the change aswell.
This incident was reported to customer support team and i had followed up 7times so far and there has not been any progress. I get a feedback saying it will be done in a days time. Now it’s a week and the reversal amount has not be refunded yet.
Details attached. No response or call back from the service team as mentioned.
Pl get this resolved.
