[Resolved]  M G University — Not received degree original certificate

My name is Princy Joseph, I have completed my B.com with computer degree course in Cochin college(off camp) Cochin in the year 2014 and have applied for the degree original certificate on 05 Feb 2015 through FAST TRACK and they told me that the orginal certificate will get within one month. But I have not received my original certificate yet. Somany times I tried for getting the helpline number but never connected. kindly request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful.
