I am a tata customer.My Car is vista Quadrajet(KL 33-F 75)
This is the letter regarding the miss behaviour of your CRM of your service center at channanikadu.
On 15000km of my car, both the front tyres are damaged due to miss alignment.
During the service times, your service advisors never pointed me about the wheel alignment.being a new user of the car, i am not aware about this alignment and other things.(Alignment kilometer etc).when this damage of the tyres beacome noticed, i called the CRM.but she never listen me and she disconnected the call.and I directedly reached the service center and met with the G.M. According to his advice, our service peoples brought the tyres before one month.during this one month they never called me and not given any details of the tyres.
In between I called your CRM many times and she was not ready to hear me.
Today[protected] also i called her and she attended the call.but she disconnected the call after shouting me.
I direcedly came the service center to meet the GM.but he was on leave. i compainted to the service manger and he agreed me to talk with her.
I am reminding you that this type of misbehaviour will affect your firm and sale .
Please take the apt actions.
