I have booked for aNecon on 24/7/2021 and a company executive Mr ..was contacted.. He was not responding to repeated calls but fortunately picked up call on 18/ 8/ 2021 and offered me deliver vehicle on the very next day and asked me to arrange cash. I arranged cash and called him several times...but no response I messaged him Still no reply.. I feel it is very ridiculous fro such a reputed company like yours to have such irresponsible executives and humiliating behaviour towards customers . I am an orthopaedic surgeon attending to at least 60 patients a day and also doing surgeries in between I have never shown such a response to any phone calls coming to me even in my busiest schedule. Also, this is my seventh car and second one from TATA. I never had such a bad experience from any automobile or other firms..Hence I request you eithe kindly refund my advance with immediate effect or deal with the situation responsibly
