I have purchased TATA HARRIER XTA+ DARK (Kl27L4000)-Sreeja Ravindran Nair in the year 07/09/2022 from Your Thirumoolapuram (Thiruvalla (Showroom).I am NRE working in Kuwait, i have ordered thevehicle from Kuwait through phone.I was communicating with you team by watsupp & expected they will properly process everything .

This is the incident happened when during the car delivery day which was an unorganized delivery pattern which we never expected.The delivery car was unproperly placed which was not neat, The showroom, surrounding even the car was not maintained properly for the delivery.They told us they dont work today even it was a working day, they are in onam celebration mood.The lady staff named Ms Pretty pradeep which we were following up for the delivery, during the delivery she was making fun, jokes with her collegues. Please train your staffs well to behave the customers properly.
It was a good day, that is why we didnt react to them.I have enough evidence to prove this.Her act was such a feeling for us that day.

Yesterday, on 26/07/2023, the car was taken for the 3rd free service & they told to pay INR 14000/- for the service .I called Pretty & asked why these charges if it is free service.She was not in a mood to listen & her reaction was shouting & hanged up the phone.I was shocked to have such a response from these irresponsible executives and humiliating behaviour towards customers .
I chose TATA because of the brand name and just because it is an Indian car. Now, I lost my hope and patience. Not only due to the repairment expenses and service charges which I had already been paid to the TATA Motors company but also because of the pathetic service from an authorized service center of the TATA Motors named ‘M. K. Motors’ located at Thirumoolapuram, Kerala.As vehicle lovers, we never had such a bad experience from any automobile or other firms.
Enough is enough...as every time, we approach your staffs for any help, this is the face they are having, we need the authorities to take strict actions & against humiliation our family faced also we would like to know why these huge charges have been paid by us for free service.

    I have booked for aNecon on 24/7/2021 and a company executive Mr ..was contacted.. He was not responding to repeated calls but fortunately picked up call on 18/ 8/ 2021 and offered me deliver vehicle on the very next day and asked me to arrange cash. I arranged cash and called him several times...but no response I messaged him Still no reply.. I feel it is very ridiculous fro such a reputed company like yours to have such irresponsible executives and humiliating behaviour towards customers . I am an orthopaedic surgeon attending to at least 60 patients a day and also doing surgeries in between I have never shown such a response to any phone calls coming to me even in my busiest schedule. Also, this is my seventh car and second one from TATA. I never had such a bad experience from any automobile or other firms..Hence I request you eithe kindly refund my advance with immediate effect or deal with the situation responsibly

      Dear sir, I am a tata customer.My Car is vista Quadrajet(KL 33-F 75) This is the letter regarding the miss behaviour of your CRM of your service center at channanikadu. On 15000km of my car, both the front tyres are damaged due to miss alignment. During the service times, your service advisors never pointed me about the wheel alignment.being a new user of the car, i am not aware about this alignment and other things.(Alignment kilometer etc).when this damage of the tyres beacome noticed, i called the CRM.but she never listen me and she disconnected the call.and I directedly reached the service center and met with the G.M. According to his advice, our service peoples brought the tyres before one month.during this one month they never called me and not given any details of the tyres. In between I called your CRM many times and she was not ready to hear me. Today[protected] also i called her and she attended the call.but she disconnected the call after shouting me. I direcedly came the service center to meet the GM.but he was on leave. i compainted to the service manger and he agreed me to talk with her. I am reminding you that this type of misbehaviour will affect your firm and sale . Please take the apt actions. Thanks anish panicker tv kottayam mob[protected]
