M. P. Bhoj (Open) University — degree not received

I am working in a school and i have to submit my degrees anyhow. Its mandatory now. I got all my degrees except b. Ed. I applied for b. Ed. Degree online at bhoj university, bhopal (M. P.), in the month of september. I have not received it till date. My application no. Is bdg[protected].
At bhoj university no one picks up the landline no which is provided in net. The emails are also not getting delivered.
Its mandatory to submit for continuing my job. How i will survive with my two kids without a job. I live at raipur so its not possible for me to go bhopal again and again with two kids.
Please do the needful.
