M. P. Bhoj (Open) University — rude behaviour of female representative on call

Today (8th may, 2018), when i talked to the one your the representative on number: [protected] and asked my confusion she shouted and talked to me in very arrogant way. When i asked her to transfer the call to hod, she said that i am the hod. It's not good for the reputation of the collage. According to the rti act. This is her responsibility to provide me the asked information. I just asked the criteria of the selection for counselling.
