Dear sir,

I am also an investor in the said company. I booked 2bhk flat in 2006 in camellia garden-1 bhiwadi and i paid rs. 3.60 approx lacs including plc charges for the said flat. I have been issued a provisional allotments mentioning flat no. And floor. Now, after waiting for such a long time the company failed to start the said tower and there is no update from the company. Kindly suggest that what to do in this matter and how can we get our hard earned money with interest from the company.

The best way to get your money back is to take legal action against them as these builders are in habit to harass the buyers, many people had faced the same problem and got their money back after taking the legal action. if you need any assistance you can contact me.
