Builder claims to have completed the construction of five towers in the said project. On being asked to provide occupancy certificate, yet to be obtained from local Govt authorities, the company has no reply to offer nor any occupancy/completion certificate produced which are necessary and basic safety guarantee for the allottees to move-in and occupy the flats.
A SUO-MOTO cognizance be taken by BHIDA or any other local Govt. agency to do the needful or the company concerned be taken to task for playing with the lives and safety of the existing occupants of the flats.

Dear Concern,

This is to put on record that I had booked a plot (size 160 sq. yards.) from Mtech Developers in the project Camellia Garden Phase I in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) in November 2006.

I have made a total payment of Rs. 176000/- (Rs. One Lacs Seventy Six Thousand) The copy of receipt from M-Tech builders is attached herewith.

As per the brochure given by the company, the company was supposed to allot the plot within seven months of the payment of registration money. But till date no plot has been allotted to me despite several follow-ups.

Its been 16 years of long wait and still I have not received any confirmation about the plot. As a result, I have lost complete trust, faith and confidence in this company and further I am requesting help from you to get me refund of my money with an interest of 18% p.a. immediately.

Please help to get me justice with refund my entire registration amount (made through demand drafts (Rs. 176000) with an interest of 18% p.a. till date.

I have applied for a plot in your Camillia phase 2 project Bhiwari .I have been allotted a plot no 71 in the name of Smt Shilpa sharma of size 160 yards and i have deposited development fee and other charges .But still no intimation from M Tech developers has been given to us for registration and possession of the plot .

We had booked a plot of size 160 sq. yards in a project of M-Tech Developers named as Camellia Garden-2 situated at Bhiwadi(Rajasthan) on date 06/09/2006. But till now I don’t have possession of my plot. Please refund y money with interest. I will take legal action if not resolved on urgent basis. Please help me out. i have all documents with me.

My father booked a Plot of size 200 sq. yards in a project of M-Tech Developers named as Camellia Garden-2 situated at Bhiwadi(Rajasthan) dated 16/10/2006 and paid a total of 2, 00, 000Rs. But till now I don’t have possession of my Plot and Neither is anyone in MTECH picking up my phones. So I want my money refunded. I have all the documents regarding the booking of the Plot along with its map.

But till now I don’t have possession of my flat. So I want my money refunded or the possession of the flat. I have all the documents regarding the booking of the flat.

Sir i have purchased a phone of your company but within period of one month it gets hanged and within periodto of two three months the display is not working

I had given token money (4lakhs) for villa along with two friends to m-tech developers in 2007. However, because of dispute of land, m tech developer suggested us to consolidate the amount (Spread across 4 villas) to 1 villa. We all agreed and got the basic documentation done for 1 villa (For which 16 lakhs were paid) in 2009.

Interestingly, after that we didn't receive any communication for so many years. At this point, it is even hard to find out the address or contact number of m-tech developers.

We are looking forward to get our money back.

Any help on this matter will be highly appreciated!

Booked flat in m tech heights in 2007 but till now no possession and no information. Contacted delhi office in 2017 but no response. My father booked this flat but now he is no more. My mother is cancer patient she needs money for her treatment. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible. Amount is approx 3.77 lac. We have submitted to installments. There is no source of income for her now. We contacted delhi office again but now no one is picking calls might be office has been shifted from there. Suggest what to do? How to do? How we can get our money back?

I had bought two plots from m tech builders measuring 200 sq yards and 300 sq yards located at bhiwadi from m tech developers in the year 2006. I had paid them advance amount by cheque of rs. 200000/- and rs. 300000/- respectively in addition to cash rs.50000/- through their agents ashley estates (Mr. Ashish and mr. Ranjit) based out of gurgaon.

In addition to the plots i had also bought a two bedroom flat in the project m tech heights for which i had paid rs.175000/- by cheque, again through ashley estates.

Further to the payments i have been repeatedly pursuing the builder for the status of the project but i am not getting any information from him.

Request you to kindly help me get my hard earned money along with interest back from this crook of this builders. Please also suggest what is my legal right in case this case is not resolved.

My father late mr bhagwan dass khurana,
Invested a total amount of ₹ 11.25 lakh in 3 equal amounts vide cheques for a 300 sq yard plot in the above project.
The builders intentions changed and they defaulted for better gains. Still awaiting return of the principal & accrued interest.
I have also filed a case against them in 2015 but no results till date. Need some action asap to get back my dad’s hard earned money.

I am also an investor in the said company. I booked 160sq. Yrds in 2006 in bhiwadi and i paid rs. 1.60 lacs including plc charges for the said flat. I have a receipt of this paid money. Now, after waiting for such a long time the company failed to start the said tower and there is no update from the company. Kindly suggest that what to do in this matter and how can we get our hard earned money with interest from the company.

I have been issued a provisional allotments mentioning flat no. And floor. Now, after waiting for such a long time the company failed to start the said tower and there is no update from the company. Kindly suggest that what to do in this matter...

I had booked flat in m tech height in the october 2016 and paid rs 1.75 lacs.
As no progress was happening, i lodged complaint through a lawyer in august 2014. I got in touch with the lawyer through similar consumer complaint forum. She promised to get my principal amount back in one month time and interest through consumer forum in one year. I paid her rs 25, 000 as her fee. Three years passed now and nothing happened. Last year she demanded another rs 25, 000 to further proceed on this case. I realized this as another money minting method. Hence denied for the payment and asked her to proceed with this case and promised her to pay the money at the time of settlement. Since then, she stopped attending my calls.

Please suggest me, how to proceed on this case.

I have bought a plot of 200 sq yds fr market and have paid 1.80lacs to mtech and black amt also. Since then there has been no communication from the builder and also nothing is moving. I came to know that the builder is not repaying back. I would suggest that we all unite and go and ask for the land and not the amount. For this i would request all to get in touch with me and we then form a strategy to approach the builder.

Camilla garden phase 2 - mtech developers. Invested 9 lacs Rs from 2006. Only Rs 50 thousand returned. 3 bdr project scrapped. Waiting for money from last 5 years after filing the cancellation paperwork with Mtech builders as per process.

Resolution expected - Full refund in 1 week with interest as per Supreme Court order on such issues

No resolution should be marked till money is deposited in bank via electronic transfer.

I, manas ranjan bal, have applied in 2006 for plot @4000 size 200 sq yd and paid rs. 200, 000 to m-tech developers pvt. Ltd.
Till now there is no correspondence from the builders. I have failed to reach them on their address and phone no. Can some one help me how to connect with them and at leats get the refund. Had we do the fixed deposit it would have 2.5times by now.

I have made a total payment of Rs. 435000/- (Rs. Four Lacs Thirty Five Thousand) through ICICI Demand Draft No. 193368 dated October 10, 2006, Draft No. 154711 & Draft No. 352064, both dated April 05, 2007. The copy of receipt from M-Tech builders is attached herewith.

As per the brochure given by the company, the company was supposed to allot the plot within seven months of the payment of registration money. But till date no plot has been allotted to me despite several follow-ups.

I had received a communication from the company on June 25, 2008 communicating that due to some political disturbances the approvals have been delayed by the various Departments.

Its been 10 years of long wait and still I have not received any confirmation about the plot. As a result, I have lost complete trust, faith and confidence in this company and further I am requesting help from you to get me refund of my money with an interest of 18% p.a. immediately.

Please help to get me justice with refund my entire registration amount (made through demand drafts (Rs. 435000) with an interest of 18% p.a. till the month of November 2016.
