I had purchased unit R5-207 in M3M Corner walk August 2020, against which I paid a booking amount of Rs.10L.
My wife passed away in June last year, and owing to my financial stress I requested them to refund my amount. They said they'll do it once they are able to sell my unit to some other customer.
I was in touch with Sumit Gaur (CRM executive for Corner walk) who was elusive with his responses, and later on stopped replying to my messages.
7 months later, in Feb 2022 I got a call and an email from Mr.Sumit Gaur that my unit has been sold and the refund process would be initiated in 7 days.
I am writing this more than two months later. Sumit has been replaced with a lady called Trisha (new CRM for Corner walk), who promised to get my issue resolved by 31st March, but completely stopped responding to my messages from that day onwards. I am yet to hear from her.
I have written to many people at M3M, including their CEO Pankaj Bansal, but noone cares to respond.
I am filing this complaint when now I'm sure that this is a fraud as they have re-sold my unit and not paid me back.
