It was told at the time of booking the unit that m3m will pay the emi until possession but the fact is i am paying the emi and builder not bothered about it. They were suppose to transfer the amount to us so that we can pay it to bank but there crm team is not bother and even not giving resolution. I am stuck with this they are not even responding to my mail. Pls let me know where i can escalate the matter.

Pls think twice before u go with there commitment they are cheating customer. Now i continuously follow up with them and still not getting any reply..
Worst crm team..

Day and night : Issues and Issues.
Maintainence bill clause is another cheat : It was told one time FTTH charges and builder is charging now monthly basis also. Noone serious about customer.

Already high maintainence with another clause of common electricity which they are making fool and now FTTH.

Will go to top lost level to highlight such issues.

Very few good project team guys and now noone from project team to close pending issues.

M3m team is making fool as i struggled for 5 months from seepages in my complete house in each and every wall to lift issues to cleaniness and no commitment from crm to sales and no ownership and no commitment.

Sr leaders like mr deepak kapoor mentioning that there role ia just to take money and no understanding of commitment and customer pain.

What a great behavior. Still waiting for resolution of my issue raised for maintenance as they have all emails of commitment but till now noone taking ownership.

I was working in M3M india pvt ltd in Gurgaon .. Sec - 54. I have competed my one year over there. after that i have got a opportunity from another firm . so i
decide that i will switch from there. i have followed all the relieving procedure.
but end of my working day. they didn't give me relieving letter and any kind of
experience letter. and they didn't approve my Full and Final documents also.

Please consider this on high priority and take the action .
