M3M India Pvt Ltd — Return of EOI token amount 5 lacs

Have booked one Food Court unit in M3M paragon57 (R6 K314) with 5 lacs rupees token amount (EOI) dated 24 Jan 2023

Neither I signed any booking form nor any agreement.
After careful consideration it doesn't meet my requirement, and RM ( Priyanka soni & Channel partner (Rahul bhatia- Bharat associates) gave some mis-committment too.

After few weeks, unit has been allotted to somebody else, still my token amount has not been (Rs.5 lacs) returned.
I have also dropped mail to m3m team.

It is requested to you please return my money as earliest as possible, and don't break trust of potential investors for future investment.
