It was my worst experience with any movers and packers. They had picked up goods on 4th Dec 2016.Their consignment is not trackable, it took 15 days for me. I got my Bosh Front Load Washing machine broken by them while moving from Patna to Hyderabad. When got it checked by Bosch Service engineer they say it will take 22k to fix this. The base was broken and work top has cracks which was visible so the whole body needed change. Internally the control moduleand detergent dispensing box were entirely damaged too. Actually my washine machine is a scrap now.They don't even safely packed it. They don't even have proper packing materials and skilled staffs to pack goods safely. They just wrapped in corrugated brown sheets and plastics wraps in spite of several follow ups to pack it safely with thermocal anid carton. I was dealing with persons named Niranjan/ Rajeev. Adding to woe, they're not even taking responsibility that it was their negligence, irresponsibility and mishandling that caused this. I had several phone calls with them, but no proper respons to settle this.They didnt even insured my goods. They took all money in advance and not willing to compensate it in any way. I want total refund and repair cost from them.
