I have been requesting for service for the past 3 months for my Honda Activa in Maansarovar Medavakkam. There are only two old people in the house who cannot service hence asked for home pickup and delivery. The showroom promised to send persons for the past 3 months and recently when I escalated they said they cannot do home pickup and drop. If they have said that before I could have reached out to a different showroom, this is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable behaviour.
