Ordered a facewash from Maccaron global store and 2nd Feb was the expected arrival date, but it hasn’t been shipped from Korea yet and no response from the customer care . Customer service is pathetic, they do not care to solve your problem and I asked for a refund but they are not accepting my request. Now they won’t deliver the product and also won’t refund my money.
