Complaint marked as Resolved Update on my order.
I had ordered 3 items on April 27th 2023. On October first week I emailed, as I've been doing regularly for FIVE months. I got an email saying 2 products are "out of stock" and only one had been shipped to India. (I had known this since August as one of their CUSTOMER service persons had already informed me back in August, but REFUSED to refund my order at that time. And apparently the one product was shipped to India in May itself.) This new CUSTOMER service person who replied to me now, offered the refund for the 2 products that were "out of stock" and to ship the remainder.
1. They could have done this is MAY itself but they have dragged this till OCTOBER first week.
2. The CEO and the managers of Maccaron are absolute imbeciles for not looking into orders like mine and finding a solution as soon as possible.
3. How is something "out of stock" when I have ordered it? Out of stock items need to be updated on the website.
4. Also how is something "out of stock" for FIVE months!?
5. They would not have emailed me to inform this IF I had not emailed them first.
6. I did place a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs on 25th July. They didn't get back until October fist week, that too only after I messaged them on their SMS line, by then Maccaron had already refunded me. They could have been a little faster.
Maccaron MGS is not worth all this trouble! PLEASE DON'T SHOP FROM MACCARON MGS!
There are better CEOs who run websites like beautybarn and beautynation who CARE about their CUSTOMERs. Shop from them!
