So basically I order 3 products from maccaron they cancelled it without giving any notice plus are not giving my refund it has been months they are not responding

I have placed the order through Maccaron.in on 30th Nov 2024. KYC was successfully uploaded on 2nd Dec 2024. The estimated date of Delivery was shown as 23rd Dec 2024 while placing the order & it's been almost 70 days now but the order is not delivered yet. I have mailed them multiple times but no concrete delivery date is provided. Only scripted/standard replies were sent. I have requested for cancellation of the order & refund which too was refused by them. Please help to get my money back. This is a scammer website & strict action is to be taken against it.

I had placed an order on 14 Oct worth ₹846, and today I am at 16 Dec. I have been emailing them ever since they are consistently replying as a standard bot response

"We would like to inform you that, we are extremely sorry for the experience you have faced. And we take customer feedback seriously and strive to improve our services based on your valuable input.

Further, we would like to inform you that the order has got delayed due to custom clearance time. Despite our best efforts, it is taking longer than usual.
Therefore, we are doing our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated on the progress"

I requested them for a refund, and they declined.
The MSG Global Store Website is a big failure and scam system.
I want my money back and want this company blacklisted. Several people have come up with the same thing. They don't even realize they have a responsibility towards their customer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order (Order #1261224, which I have ordered for the very first time. I've not received 1 item yet, Advanced Snail 92 All in one cream which I made a payment of 1155 INR. It's marked as delivered with other 3 items I've ordered, But it was not there in the box. Dispatch box AWB number: [protected].This behaviour is not accepted. It's a scam of shipping missing items and then telling the customer that it is missing. I didn't find the item in box, it's just adding a piece of invoice and marking it as delivered is not professionalism behaviour. Now despite multiple mails sent, there is reply that it is delivered and company is unresponsive to my inquiries regarding the scam. Additionally, I have only received automated emails, and there seems to be no willingness on their part to offer a refund. Such a Scam company is Maccaron, cheating it's consumer and have no responsibility to reply to customer.

I've placed my order long back on 25th May 2024 but still it's not been delivered. Not even the progress is showing. It's only showing processing. I've sent multiple emails to them still no reply.
I'm really worried about the legitimacy of this company....

I purchased a bunch of sun-screens. Even after a month the products are un-delivered and no one is responding from their team.

They overcharged me by 500 more. They don't cancel the order, instead copy paste the same reply over and over instead of trying to help. and when i try to track the order it says it won't be shipped unless i upload my aadhar card with all the numbers visible. which online shopping site does that. I've started to believe they scam after 2 to 3 orders after they gain your trust. nobody should do the mistake o[censored]ploading your government ID proofs.

I placed my order on 9th June 2023. Its been 4 months today. I spoke with some other dissatisfied customers and went to their community and everyone feels scammed/harassed/cheated. Here are the list of complaints-

1. No prior notice/warning was given by Macaaron that the order could be delayed to such an extent

I had placed an order on the site for rs 1800 rs order id 636451 and it was supposed to delivered on 21 sep n today is 5 oct . When try to contact customer support they have pre written replies which they sent every single time, this is so ridiculous i just want my money back

I placed an order through Maccaron MGS on April 27th 2023. Delivery date was May end. It is August 2023 now and my products still have not been delivered. Despite my repeated attempts, I have not received any substantial updates or clarity on the whereabouts of my order.

The poor customer service employees are not able to solve anything as it's a problem that is top down. If the CEO runs such a company then what can the bottom...

Despite my repeated attempts to obtain information, it is astonishing that I have received no substantial updates or clarity on the whereabouts of my order. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is utterly unacceptable and has left me seething with anger.

It is essential that you understand the gravity of this situation. I demand an immediate and comprehensive update on the status of my order. I expect to know exactly where it is and when I can finally expect its delivery. Furthermore, if any additional documents or information are required from my end, I demand to be informed promptly, so I can provide the necessary assistance to expedite this process.

The fact that I have no tracking number to rely on is deeply concerning. Is this an indication that you have no control over your own logistical operations? Or worse, has my order been carelessly lost or discarded? If you are incapable of fulfilling the delivery, I demand an immediate refund of the entire amount paid. I refuse to tolerate any further delay or excuses.

This protracted ordeal has had a severe impact on my trust and confidence in your company. I want to make it explicitly clear that, despite placing two additional orders subsequent to order 473462, my expectations for resolving this matter were not met. I feel deeply regretful that I entrusted my hard-earned money to an organization that has displayed such gross negligence and disregard for its customers.

If there is no viable solution to rectify this situation, I will not hesitate to take drastic measures. Inform me immediately if I should proceed with closing my account and uninstalling your app. It is infuriating to witness such flagrant mishandling of my money, and I will not allow it to continue unchallenged. I want to emphasize that I have never experienced such abysmal customer service before. Even in a similar situation with Yesstyle, when I lost a parcel, they promptly refunded my money and offered proper assistance. The fact that your office in India has failed to provide any form of support only exacerbates my frustration.

Consider this my final warning. I implore you to escalate this matter to the highest level within your organization without delay. Rest assured, I will not rest until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction. I demand immediate action, accountability, and a resolution that reinstates my faith in your company's commitment to customer service.

The first set of MSG products order no#475313 was placed on 30 April 2023 prepaid 3, 573.75 Indian rupees and the date of arrival was shown 22 May. The second set of MSG products order no#512893 was placed on 31 May 2023 prepaid 2, 172 indian rupees and the date of arrival was shown 22 June 2023. It has been 3 months and 2 months respectively and I still haven’t received any of my orders. I need full refund as the amount totals to 5, 745 indian rupees. I tried to contact their customer service multiple times and haven’t received any help and they are not even going a date of delivery. And they are not ready to give me my refund. The customer service is very poor, you start chatting with the chatbot and then the chat bot will shown we will transfer to our agent who takes forever to reply back and after they have responded if you take more than 2-3 mins they will close the chat.

Mgs order 486404 is not delivered and no update on shipping is being provided. They keep asking me to wait without any ETA and do not even refund the amount. In the app it still shows items are packed in Korea, that's it. Please help asap.

I had order from Maccaron app and placed a pre-paid order.
However there has been no update regarding the delivery. Nobody is reverting back to emails either.

Ordered a facewash from Maccaron global store and 2nd Feb was the expected arrival date, but it hasn’t been shipped from Korea yet and no response from the customer care . Customer service is pathetic, they do not care to solve your problem and I asked for a refund but they are not accepting my request. Now they won’t deliver the product and also won’t refund my money. I placed a prepaid order on 23 Sep 2022 worth Rs. 921 and it is partially delivered. It has been more than two weeks already and I have been contacting MACCARON (Company) team where I placed an Order no. #263149-1 and Tracking no.[protected] and Logistic (DELHIVERY) Company Team since 1 and half week. Each one are ignoring the concern. Team are saying they have forwarded the issue with the seller and the Logistic Team but still there is no progress from their side nor from the SELLER (UPRISING) Company . After that they didnot even respond and one of the MACCARON Team member not even the accepting their issue and her NAME - NISHA. All of them are pointing and blaming each other and as customer my money, energy are going on vein and they are harassing me for no reason. Who is going to responsibilities. It may be small amount for them but for me it is hard earn money and I am exhausted to do inquiry for a single product from long period.

It’s been 3 week my order is not been delivered

It's been like 6, 8 days since I ordered the product and still it is showing that it is packing i am too scared because I payed already please sort my problem
