Maccaron — Maccaron consumer support not replying or refunding my money which was prepaid, product not delivered

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order (Order #1261224, which I have ordered for the very first time. I've not received 1 item yet, Advanced Snail 92 All in one cream which I made a payment of 1155 INR. It's marked as delivered with other 3 items I've ordered, But it was not there in the box. Dispatch box AWB number: [protected].This behaviour is not accepted. It's a scam of shipping missing items and then telling the customer that it is missing. I didn't find the item in box, it's just adding a piece of invoice and marking it as delivered is not professionalism behaviour. Now despite multiple mails sent, there is reply that it is delivered and company is unresponsive to my inquiries regarding the scam. Additionally, I have only received automated emails, and there seems to be no willingness on their part to offer a refund. Such a Scam company is Maccaron, cheating it's consumer and have no responsibility to reply to customer.
