I had placed an order on 14 Oct worth ₹846, and today I am at 16 Dec. I have been emailing them ever since they are consistently replying as a standard bot response
"We would like to inform you that, we are extremely sorry for the experience you have faced. And we take customer feedback seriously and strive to improve our services based on your valuable input.
Further, we would like to inform you that the order has got delayed due to custom clearance time. Despite our best efforts, it is taking longer than usual.
Therefore, we are doing our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated on the progress"
I requested them for a refund, and they declined.
The MSG Global Store Website is a big failure and scam system.
I want my money back and want this company blacklisted. Several people have come up with the same thing. They don't even realize they have a responsibility towards their customer.
