My internet speed is supposed to be 100 Mbps. I paid for the 100Mbps unlimited plan; I am getting 2.34 Mbps download and 0.62 Mbps upload speed. I cannot even watch 240p video without buffering. This issue happens many time. I suspect they throttle down speed to compensate their inadequate network bandwidth.
