I don't know what do they exactly do at apple center in the name of diagnosing dead phones. while submitting my device i informed them that i had already tried "force restart" and "connecting to itunes". They took Rs 1500 for diagnosing and asked me to come after 1 week, which i did. On the stipulated day they inform me that ur phone's dead and asked me to get a new one. then I asked them what did they do to know which I had already informed them, they say" we tried forced restarting and connecting to itunes, but we don't open devices". I told them why did'nt you tell me earlier that u don't open devices. why did u agree to take 1500 rs when u knew u re going to the same things that I did at my home. U PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR OUT YOUR CUSTOMERS...VERY BAD SERVICE...LOOKS LIKE U HAVE THESE SET UPS JUST TO TAKE MONEY.
