I don't know what do they excatly do at apple centre in the name of diagnosing dead phones. While submitting my device i informed them that i had already tried "force restart" and "connecting to itunes". They took rs 1500 for diagnosing and asked me to come after 1 week, which i did. On the stipulated day they inform me that ur phone's dead and asked me to get a new one. Then i asked them what did they do to know which i had already informed...
