I don't know what do they excatly do at apple centre in the name of diagnosing dead phones. While submitting my device i informed them that i had already tried "force restart" and "connecting to itunes". They took rs 1500 for diagnosing and asked me to come after 1 week, which i did. On the stipulated day they inform me that ur phone's dead and asked me to get a new one. Then i asked them what did they do to know which i had already informed them, they say"we tried forced restarting and connecting to itunes, but we don't open devices". I told them why did'nt you tell me earlier that u don't open devices. Why did u agree to take 1500 rs when u knew u re going to the same things that i did at my home. U people need to hear out your customers... Very bad service... Looks like u have these set ups just to take money.
