Mack2cart.com — delivered cheap & wrong item

Hello,
I ordered 2 sarees each of worth 700 from mack2cart.com on 23rd march, 2018. Initially, it did not ask me for any emailid while ordering. Just my phone no. Was entered & my order was placed but i didnot receive any confirmation msg or mail. I received the product on 26th march, 2018. When i opened the delivery there were 2 cheap & worst quality sarees each costing 150 rs & also a dress material which is damaged.
I tried calling the customer care no. & also the dealer (Kemioon), but both the numbers are temporarily not in service.
I request you to kindly take back the order & refund my money as soon as possible.
Or please suggest me what to do or how to use those sarees.
