Mack2Cart — delivered product mismatched with the ordered product

I have ordered a banarasi silk saree but i received a saree which is not at matching with the ordered one. It was cod and we are receiving the product once money is paid. There is no proper contact or mail id to place returns. The cost of the saree is 750. Can you please provide refund of my money.
I received a cheap quality saree with will not worth atleast rs100

Dear sir,

not received any reply from mack2cart regarding my complent agains ref no. Is 19570249 dt: 15 may 2018. Please look at this matter other they not refound my money and you are not take any action again this so same as they cheat like this to other people
