Hello, I ordered lehnga of worth 960 from mack2cart.com on 24th march, 2018. Initially, it did not ask me for any emailid while ordering. Just my phone no.[protected] was entered & my order was placed but i didnot receive any confirmation msg or mail. I received the product on 31st march, 2018. When i opened the delivery there were cheap & worst quality saree each costing 150 rs I tried calling the customer care no. & also the dealer (Kemioon), but both the numbers are temporarily not in service. I request you to kindly take back the order & refund my money as soon as possible. Or please suggest me what to do or how to use that saree Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered 2 same sarees ...but without confirmation message or mail I received the both sarees ...they are worst quality and some other different saree atleast no matching in my orders like clour r else designs n clothes etc..this is too much

Worst website to order products.
I have ordered a saree through which I have not received any confirmation mail. However it was a different cheap saree which was not worth of money I have paid. Could you let me know how to return the saree and get money refunded
We have ordered a saree worth of 740 but the quality is worst and disgusting, outside this saree can be available with 50 rupees. We tried searching in website for returning policy and contact details but no use, all the customer support contact details available are wrong. We are helpless and dont know whom to contact but the website shows 7days easy return policy but it will not work anymore. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FAKE WEBSITE TO BOOK ANY PRODUCT.
