We have sent two couriers
1 pathankot to ludhiana : they took rs 50 during booking and then they kept courier for 3 days in ludhiana office then asked rs 100 to deliver to address. They are thugs

2 pathankot to gurgaon : we sent courier on 25th aug and they promised to deliver on 28th aug but we still not recived on 30th aug. Pathankot office is not picking call. Contact person in gurgaon is asking to come to office to take the courier which is 8 kms

They are thugs so don't use their service. We lost our two customers because of these unprofessional service

        Rakhi packet received by madhur courier city office 2 days before. But as per their habbit they call customer to pick it.
        Even after two day they have not shown entry in software about receiving packet in city. Delivery boy demands for charges at the time of delivery.

        Rakshabandhan is festival of RAKHI. Now, what's the need of it after 22 Aug. 2021.

        Its a bed habit not not professionalism.
        Why you book our packet if not able to deliver ...not on time...asking for money.

          [protected] dt 7/8/2021, was sent from ujjain and reached nashik as per your tracking detail on 11/08/2021, .
          Since than we are trying to contact the nashik agent phone no [protected], but every time he say today it will be delivered, I am will delivered once in a week only and last four day we had talk with him but still the parcel is not delivered, . My sister had send rakhi in advance so that it will reach in time. Now today is rakhi and your agent now switch off his no. Last year also same thing happened

              The parcel was to be delivered to Ahmedabad from Jaipur. The order was placed on 02'aug and I was informed that it gonna take 3-4 working days to get the parcel delivered. Today it's 21'aug and the parcel is still not delivered to the desired address. Madhur courier service is one of the worst and disgusting courier service I ever encountered. I contacted the store a lot of times but the man didn't picked my call.

                      My experience with this company off late has been terrible. I handed them 1 parcels which were to be delivered to locations namely Moradabad from Mumbai. The scheduled delivery time was 4 days, however 7 days have passed and still the parcel hasn’t reached the destination.

                      Moreover, there are no timely updates in the tracker. And what has been the worst part is their service. They are not responding to calls, messages or WhatsApp and are completely being ignorant instead of keeping the customer informed.

                      When i asked them where is my parcel then they are fooling me by showing some other person parcel status

                      This is just pathetic on their part. Strongly Recommend, not to use their services and appropriate action taken by the concerned authorities for their negligence and harassment.

                            Madhur Courier Services, Sagar (MP) had tempered my consignment which was sent by Jabalpur Food Tech Pvt Ltd on 19/07/2021 vide CNote number P[protected] and delivered to me on 13/08/2021 night after 24 days of its receipt. Madhur Courier Services are one of the worst courier services in the country, I had ever come across.
                            On complaining their HO at[protected] they said they are not responsible for any transit damage., I clarified that it is a clear cut case of tempering rather than a transit damage.

                                  Not delivered my parcel

                                  I sent my courier on 4 august to Gurgaon, Sennheiser service center sector 28.
                                  which is not deliverd yet, on the site showing product is on out for delivery since 9 august.

                                  also called many time to delivery person but given number shows invalid.
