The parcel was to be delivered to Ahmedabad from Jaipur. The order was placed on 02'aug and I was informed that it gonna take 3-4 working days to get the parcel delivered. Today it's 21'aug and the parcel is still not delivered to the desired address. Madhur courier service is one of the worst and disgusting courier service I ever encountered. I contacted the store a lot of times but the man didn't picked my call.

is show only ready to dispatch from mandsaur to Indore last 5 days we are called many times to the mandsor service agent but he is no any response You tell me when it will reach me.
If it doesn't reach me by tomorrow's date, then I will be forced to put it on social media, which will be responsible for madhur courier service. only

My product missing from my package and open tha package from back side

My experience with this company off late has been terrible. I handed them 1 parcels which were to be delivered to locations namely Moradabad from Mumbai. The scheduled delivery time was 4 days, however 7 days have passed and still the parcel hasn’t reached the destination.

Moreover, there are no timely updates in the tracker. And what has been the worst part is their service. They are not responding to calls, messages or WhatsApp and are completely being ignorant instead of keeping the customer informed.

When i asked them where is my parcel then they are fooling me by showing some other person parcel status

This is just pathetic on their part. Strongly Recommend, not to use their services and appropriate action taken by the concerned authorities for their negligence and harassment.

No [protected] dated 31.07.2021 didn't received till today. Please provide recent update. It's urgent.

I made a booking on 12 August and till yet it has not been delivered and when I talked with the Executive is asking for extra amount to delivery then only it will deliver

Madhur Courier Services, Sagar (MP) had tempered my consignment which was sent by Jabalpur Food Tech Pvt Ltd on 19/07/2021 vide CNote number P[protected] and delivered to me on 13/08/2021 night after 24 days of its receipt. Madhur Courier Services are one of the worst courier services in the country, I had ever come across.
On complaining their HO at[protected] they said they are not responsible for any transit damage., I clarified that it is a clear cut case of tempering rather than a transit damage.

I sent my courier on 4 august to Gurgaon, Sennheiser service center sector 28.
which is not deliverd yet, on the site showing product is on out for delivery since 9 august.

also called many time to delivery person but given number shows invalid.

मेने 5 अगस्त 2021 को मधुर कोरियर बदनावर को उदयपुर के लिए पार्सल दिया गया था जो आज 12 अगस्त को भी नही पहुचा है । कार्यालय संपर्क किया तो उनका जवाब है कि पार्सल गुम गया है।

I've booked a shipment on 2nd August, it is showing our of delivery since 7th August, so far I've no update if it is delivered or not, concerned people are not even taking up the call. Whom do I get the help from ?

We are working with madhur courier ( Shadipur Delhi Branch) But we are not happy with his service, we are giving 1 to 1.5 lac business monthly still we are facing lots of issues, so request you please provide another branch team or we will stop giving business to Madhur courier.

I have booked one assignment legal document on 02/08/2021 from Jabalpur Office via C/no. [protected]. to Mr. Brijendra Singh Dhakad Residing at Chandra Nagar, Jaat, Bali Gali 2, Near Tawar, Koteshwar Road, Gwalior.

Today I have talked with Mr. kamal jeet for not delivering the assignment till today.
He replied very rudely and said to me that "mere pass wahan (chandra Nagar) ki koi aur daak aayegi tabhi main jaunga."
This is an unfair practice and unethical behavior.
kindly I am requesting you to resolve this matter as early as possible otherwise I have to take Legal action against that person as well as the Madhur courier company.

KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited, bilaspur has sent courier to Central institute of mining and fuel research Dhanbad (Jharkhand ) vide its Consignment No. [protected] on dated[protected] but the documents has not been delivered yet, it almost two months gone, we are complaint in local office but no one giving us the concrete answer.

The documents has related to highly government analysis and research purpose. you are requested kindly look into it and get back to us.

I have sent a parcel kanpur on 23 july morning 11 am,
And today is 7 August and my parcel has not been sent. It has been 3 constitutive days contacting my area executive (Betul Branch)
And i am being continuously ignored by him.
Since last 3 days he is telling me to wait for 5 minutes so that he could Contact his mates but there is not even a poor response from his side. I request you to kindly consider my complain and take some action against it.
