Madhur Courier Complaints & Reviews

My documents are extremely important and time sensitive. It is related to the process of ' NORI/ J1 visa waiver'. Please help me to solve my problem. Why is it held in customs ? It has only printed papers of attested and notarized forms, my degree certificates etc.

Dear sir/mam

We have sent a courier with Doct. no. P[[protected]] on 13th of July from Bhopal MP to chandrapur MH. It reached at your Nagpur Facility on 27th of July. Then after regular follow ups it on 4th of august the courier was not delivered to chandrapur and Till now didn't receive it.
This is a corporate parcel and delay of one day also matter here.
Please explain why our company use your services in future....

The courier number [protected] has not been received yet. Upon contacting customer care, the person on the other end was rude. So, the courier is still in Delhi and we have suffered financial loss due to not receiving the courier....

Our parcel reached ujjain before 21th july. Tracking is not updating after 21th july. Today is 27th july already. Unable to track percel and percel has not delivered yet.
Please take some necessary steps. This is pre-paid parcel....

We have sent a courier with Doct. no. P[protected] on 14th of July from Sagar MP. It reached at your Gurgaon Facility on 17th of July. Then after regular follow ups it on 27th of July (Today) 10 days to your facility to make it out for delivery. It was there at your gurgaon facility for 10 days. Till now didn't receive it.
This is a corporate parcel and delay of one day also matter here.

Mene Mere document ka courier Burhanpur send kiya tha par bahut time ho gya send nahi kiya gya or kaafi time ho jaane ke baad parcel return kar diya gya. I hate your service I will never use Madhur courier service....

I have booked one parcel from jaipur to Ahmedabad. The person asked to collect parcel from office or pay extra charges for delivery.
It was urgent so we paid extra charges and taken delivery.
But it is not justified what is the meaning of courier if we have to collect from office.
I want full refund of charges or I will go to consumer court....

I had sent my copies of exam from Tikamgarh to Bhopal. Copies were received on 16th July 2021 at Bhopal main office of madhur courier. Last day of to submit copies was 20th July 2021. From 16 I had take followups from main branch and request them to deliver before 20th July, They assured that they will deliver on time. But they didn't do what they said. My courier is delivery on 8/7/21 from Ludhiana, and on 12/7/21 it’s in ujjain which is 36 kms away but when i call agent they told me I can’t deliver this to your destination. After long talk she accepted to deliver my courier and then courier is delivered to indore destination on 17/7/21 and still it is their, and no phone number available on internet, kindly solve my problem this is the worst service i have ever had...

From parcel, few items have been theft by courier team while in transit. I am in process of filing police complaint for the same....

On dated 22.03.2021 we had sent a courier to Pune (MH) vide docket no. [protected] from Siyaganj branch, but till date we are unable to track this courier & sender is also unable to inform the same.
