We are working with madhur courier ( Shadipur Delhi Branch) But we are not happy with his service, we are giving 1 to 1.5 lac business monthly still we are facing lots of issues, so request you please provide another branch team or we will stop giving business to Madhur courier.

I have booked one assignment legal document on 02/08/2021 from Jabalpur Office via C/no. [protected]. to Mr. Brijendra Singh Dhakad Residing at Chandra Nagar, Jaat, Bali Gali 2, Near Tawar, Koteshwar Road, Gwalior.

Till today the assignment is not delivered whereas the said kamaljeet received the assignment for delivery on 06/08/2021.
Today I have talked with Mr. kamal jeet for not delivering the assignment till today.
He replied very rudely and said to me that "mere pass wahan (chandra Nagar) ki koi aur daak aayegi tabhi main jaunga."
This is an unfair practice and unethical behavior.
kindly I am requesting you to resolve this matter as early as possible otherwise I have to take Legal action against that person as well as the Madhur courier company.

KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited, bilaspur has sent courier to Central institute of mining and fuel research Dhanbad (Jharkhand ) vide its Consignment No. [protected] on dated[protected] but the documents has not been delivered yet, it almost two months gone, we are complaint in local office but no one giving us the concrete answer.

The documents has related to highly government analysis and research purpose. you are requested kindly look into it and get back to us.

I have sent a parcel kanpur on 23 july morning 11 am,
And today is 7 August and my parcel has not been sent. It has been 3 constitutive days contacting my area executive (Betul Branch)
And i am being continuously ignored by him.
Since last 3 days he is telling me to wait for 5 minutes so that he could Contact his mates but there is not even a poor response from his side. I request you to kindly consider my complain and take some action against it.

I have booked a sofa set at shahdol on date[protected] to book for our destination delivery at Nagpur. but didn't receive any information

I have couriered a parcel from Narnaul Distt Mahendergarh Haryana on 29/07/2021. I was advised at Narnaul that my parcel will be delivered on 02/08/2021.Parcel is not delivered till now.It have caused a loss of Rs.2500 to me. Kindly make arrangment for delivery and compensate for the loss due to extremely poor service.If not delivered today then loss will be of Rs 10000.I have contacted the courier service at Narnaul and Delhi but their response is very poor.Courier service provider at Delhi was saying that he do not have time today for the delivery. I have also advised him about the loss.

Centers behavior is very bad and they use rough language and also courier not deliver on time. And they told to receive the courier from office.

My 2pcs parcel were booked from Gaderwara (M. P) on 23d July 2021for Gurgaon ( Haryana).
Till date I have not received and the concern person is saying we don't know where your parcel is..

We have sent a courier with Doct. no. P[[protected]] on 13th of July from Bhopal MP to chandrapur MH. It reached at your Nagpur Facility on 27th of July. Then after regular follow ups it on 4th of august the courier was not delivered to chandrapur and Till now didn't receive it.
This is a corporate parcel and delay of one day also matter here.
Please explain why our company use your services in future. Nobody picks a call ever. this no. is also given by your employee.

The courier number [protected] has not been received yet. Upon contacting customer care, the person on the other end was rude. So, the courier is still in Delhi and we have suffered financial loss due to not receiving the courier.

Mene Mere document ka courier Burhanpur send kiya tha par bahut time ho gya send nahi kiya gya or kaafi time ho jaane ke baad parcel return kar diya gya. I hate your service I will never use Madhur courier service.

I have booked one parcel from jaipur to Ahmedabad. The person asked to collect parcel from office or pay extra charges for delivery.
It was urgent so we paid extra charges and taken delivery.
But it is not justified what is the meaning of courier if we have to collect from office.
I want full refund of charges or I will go to consumer court.
