      i have booked a shipment from bhopal to indore CC Note No(Consinment No) :-[protected] on Dated 19.01.2021.The packet not delived indore as the given address till date. After lots of follow up by call & visit indore office of madhur courier.They are not provide any details & says that courier missing in trasit.

      It very important document to us.Please check your end & resolve the issue.

                I have some issue with this courier service...I sent my parcel through your courier 31 dec.2020...But its not traves till today to the destination...No one reply with satisfaction ...May be my parcel is missed or it has been lost.. i want ro file complaint against this courier service...

                  A courier was sent from sriganganagar to Mhow and it's showing gone to Bhopal then to Dehli.

                  It was very urgent but totally late and very poor response by your representative at Sriganganagar and Mhow to resolve the issue.

                  Very poor service and responses even after full payment of courier

                    Such a worst service i have ever gone through.
                    Have sent a courier on saturday i.E. On 6/2/2021 from bhopal to harda, the guy sitting there told that the parcel would reach till monday due to weekend, on monday they said it hasn't reached yet will reach tomorrow, again on tuesday it hasn't reached and even till today i.E. Till wednesday it hasn't reached the parcel couldn't be sent in 4 days while the distance is 180 kms.
                    Parcel contained come documents and medicines, if there would be any loss taking place i am going to drag madhur straight to consumer forum.
                    Also the guy who was telling me status till yesterday has stopped receiving calls since afternoon.
                    Don't know his name but have his number ([protected]).

                      In respect to captioned matter I inform you that I have booked a parcel on 03.02.2021 and my tracking no is P[protected], However till date my courier is not delivered and I am also not getting proper response from your side. This courier is very important and needed to reach the destination on time. Delay in the delivery of courier may cause financial losses to me. So I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue

                              C.N.[protected] was booked on 23.01.21 from jaipur. When i called on number [protected] they have told me that it was already delivered and give me another number of some Mr.Rahul in bikaner [protected] who talked to me very badly and said that the parcel is already delivered and when i detailed him that why you people roam me here amd there from past 2 hour as i am saying that it is not yet receive then he took another half an hour to know the status.
                              Please help me out as it was urgent courier for me.

                                    Our courier No. is [protected] form Madhur Courier a Pachore as on dated 16.01.2021 which is not received till date, as per track consignment shows dispatch from Akola but not reached Washim. I call so many times in customer care for this issue nobody pick the phone or otherwise they ignore me.

                                    May I heartily request to take necessary action as soon as possible.
