I have gave a parcel to your agent on 01.06.2020 to deliver at charkhi dadri. He didn’t dispatch till 06.06.2020 and didn’t give me any receipt after that i argued with him. Then he gave me a receipt without mentioning date of dispatch. And tracking no shows dispatch to bhivani for charkhi dadri but i don’t believe that you have dispatched my parcel. I felt very sad due to your bad service. I will never send again any parcel through your courier. Next party have paid to me amount of that item. Party is very angry. It is not a good manner of your service. Your service is very bad.
I humbly request you to send that parcel to party as soon as possible otherwise i will complain about your service in consumer service portal.

I have gave a parcel on 1 june 2020. But it didn’t dispatch till now. And your service agent said to me that we have sent your parcel on 1 june. I argued with him today. Then they dispatched today so late tracking no p[protected]. And distpatch date is not mentioned on receipt. I contacted regularly from 1 june to 6 june. But they didn’t give me a satisfactory reply. Next party amused me bcz they have paid the payment to me for that items. I felt very nervous and sad due to your bad service.

We have booked a courrier from rohtak to orissa on 27 or 28 april 2020 but courier person did not provide builty yet and on every call he is saying that give me one day give me two days. Now its been more than one month client is shouting at us.

I have booked my parcell from rewa to panna and paid fair 400/ ruppee. At your panna branch mr arvind gupta your dealer which is demanding money for giving parcell. When i paid 400 ruppee at your rewa branch then why i give money again at your panna branch. Plz resolve matter mr gupta misbehave with boy

Parcel tracking Cnote no:P[protected] dated 21/05/2020 in name of Navin kumar from delhi to indore till date neither received nor delivered ...this guy name rajesh who is courier associates in delhi whose mobile number is [protected] ...he's pathetic n ### person i ever seen in my life...neither he is providing any contact number of concern courier person in indore neither office address n so far what he given me number is of no use either its reachable n i have keep on following rajesh but now he's not picking my call n stop responsing...
So in short cut parcel is missing n no one to.take initiate to help me...one of worst courier company in india..3rd class..I'll sue everyone in court n cancel their license..seems like fill.up.with fraud guys...

Parcel coming from delhi not yet delivered to bilaspur

I have already follow up for bina office from 5 days but they said it not received till[protected] and on tracking details its shows received deliver in bhopal and same day its forwarded on[protected] to bina. So, please help to find my courier. And in bhopal office they confirm that courier forwarded fro his side.

I have booked a courier with ref/pd number[protected] on 17th march 20 from jabalpur (Mp) to amritsar (Punjab) but same is not delivered yet and no body provide details of the courier.. As per online site it showing dispatched from jabalpur to bhopal on 17th mar and then bhopal to delhi on 18th mar and after delhi to amritsar on 8th may due to lockdown but still not received (Screen shot attached)

Hello myself atul sharma. I have sent a parcel on 19/02/2020 from sarni dist. Betul mp 460447 consignment number[protected] it has been 2 month and the parcl havent reached to the reciever. Since the parcel is quite inportant for me, and the courier service is not responding seriously. I have called hyderabad"s couries service many times but the reply wasi`t satisfactory. Madhur courier,
I have sent or couriered a consignment which has four bottles of medicines on 17th march 2020. From a courier service agent in new ashok nagar. He told me that he has sent the courier and shared a slip to me without any date and sign over it.
I reached him on 20th march, to know the status of medicine delivery but he said it will be delivered today or tomorrow.
Till now its not been delivered. Medicines are taken from aiims which i can not get from any where else.
The person who has sent the courier is living in new ashok nagar block b and his contact details : [protected]
He might have given wrong slip i think because i have sent medicines on 17th march but the tracking id is showing dates of process from 11th march 2020
He has given me wrong details or slips even he is not listening us when we are calling him for help or information.

Kindly see into the matter immediately and help me out into this.
Medicines is very much required. Patient is serious, the box contains medicines of two persons.

I had handed over a product to ur agent in alwar named jagdish on 27th feb 2020 for sending the same from alwar to banglore but my product has yet not received in banglore .agent is not responding well. Resolve the matter because sent product is very much urgent. C.note P[protected]

My order (Awb no - p[protected]‚ on the name of mr. Debasish roy‚ health plus is yet not delivered. Out of 2 boxes‚ i have recieved only one and the other box is still not delivered. The boxes contain medical equipments for the underlying situations of covid-19 and is urgently required. If the boxes are not delivered then the act shall be taken as an offence and the losses shall be accountable to you. If further no actions are taken and the box isn't‚ then your courier service shall be accountable to the west bengal govt.

I was send courier by madhur courier services on date 21/02/2020 from sagar (M. P.) to ghaziabad (U. P) and my parcel is in ghaziabad from last 16 days. But i'm not being receiving my delivery and they are talking in a very bad and unethical way. Saying that my location crossing republic ghaziabad is not traceable place. My courier no. Is there any one in madhur courier service who can help me to get my parcel and tacking action against ghaziabad madhur courier service.

My parcel was dispatched from delhi on 21/02/2020, in online tracking it is shown that it reached bhopal on 22/02/2020, but yet on 27/20/2020, it is not delivered to me. On enquiring about it, i was told by mistake it reached to bilaspur, even the behavior of the staff at customer care number was very rude, i talked to ms kiran at customer care number [protected]. Inspite of so many trials call get connected to this number.
As my parcel contain very delicate material, so i m worried about its damaging.
Kindly help in this regard and please ask your staff to cooperate properly

Booked a parcel with c-note no p[protected] on 10-feb-2020 from kotla hub, new delhi for bangalore, consignment yet to reach it's destination although 13 days passed since it was booked, tracking details not updated after 11-feb-2020, which mentions forwarded from delhi to bangalore, after that there is no update of status. Don't know how do they work

Dear indian consumer forum,

I am very unhappy to use madhur courier service and response by it channel partner. I dispatch a courier which docket no is [protected] but after 15 days it not delivered on delivery address and cause of this i am suffering in various problem. I coordinate with madhur courier jabalpur office they respond i had been send delhi and when i talk to madhur courier delhi office they said it had been send to madhur courier faridabad office and after this when i talk to madhur courier faridabad office they said i not received this packet and also they provide a delivery boy number who is provide delivery service in my delivery point and when i talked to him than he said i didn't get any packet. Now i am very tired and suffering many problems cause of this kind of madhur courier irresponsibleness.

Kindly take strict action against madhur courier service and order to deliver my packet in delivery address within 48 hours, any how.
