Hello myself atul sharma. I have sent a parcel on 19/02/2020 from sarni dist. Betul mp 460447 consignment number[protected] it has been 2 month and the parcl havent reached to the reciever. Since the parcel is quite inportant for me, and the courier service is not responding seriously. I have called hyderabad"s couries service many times but the reply wasi`t satisfactory. Kindly send the parcel to the reciever and mail me a recieving note...

I have sent or couriered a consignment which has four bottles of medicines on 17th march 2020. From a courier service agent in new ashok nagar. He told me that he has sent the courier and shared a slip to me without any date and sign over it.
I reached him on 20th march, to know the status of medicine delivery but he said it will be delivered today or tomorrow.

My parcel was dispatched from delhi on 21/02/2020, in online tracking it is shown that it reached bhopal on 22/02/2020, but yet on 27/20/2020, it is not delivered to me. On enquiring about it, i was told by mistake it reached to bilaspur, even the behavior of the staff at customer care number was very rude, i talked to ms kiran at customer care number [protected]. I am very unhappy to use madhur courier service and response by it channel partner. I dispatch a courier which docket no is [protected] but after 15 days it not delivered on delivery address and cause of this i am suffering in various problem. I coordinate with madhur courier jabalpur office they respond i had been send delhi and when i talk to madhur courier delhi office they said it had been send...

Parcel is not delivered to the desired and on the desired time... And now the departments of both the areas are saying different things... Mumbai service provider are saying that the parcel is misplace... And the indore office from where i booked they are saying they'll look into it... They want more time... Pathetic service ever... I need compensation or delivery of my parcel within 2 days... Otherwise i fill complaint against this services......

I ordered a shoe worth rs 799 from fabrixxe on 8 february and I paid the payment by card and the delivery was to be done to me on 12 February and from than onwards whenever I'm trying to reach madhur courier service I'm not getting proper answer and they are treating very badly not talking in proper way and abusing i need help when i will get my delivery help me😑...

I have sent a parcel on 9-8-2019 and continue tracking this but unable to find this on portal parcel is from datia to noida amount they charged 400 rs still pod not received please provide pod as consignment if it's delivered as the consignee's refuse they did not receive docket no p[protected] i already complaint to datia office where i booked but he refuse to help me he said find on portal we are not responsible we sent from here on same...

I had couriered a packet from naraingarh to jind on[protected] with cover not number [protected] and it is not delivered yet. I have contacted the courier agent from where i got it booked in naraingarh but got no solution. Kindly look into the matter or i will seek legal help if packet not found.

I have booked my parcel (2 saree) from jalgaon its 1 kg weight... But i recived 650gm weight i. E 1 saree... Another one is not recived... Its responsible of madhur courier... If you are not able to give proper service to the customer... So please refund my service cost as well as my lost parcel or lost parcel cost... Its your responsibility to safely diliver the costmers courier without any harm or damage of costmers parcel......

It should be reach on 25 January but still not reached and also madhur couriers helpline numbers are pathetic. I tried 3 4 times on [protected] but couldn't be able to talk to any customer care executive.
Their is no other way to contact their service provider...
