My parcel was dispatched from delhi on 21/02/2020, in online tracking it is shown that it reached bhopal on 22/02/2020, but yet on 27/20/2020, it is not delivered to me. On enquiring about it, i was told by mistake it reached to bilaspur, even the behavior of the staff at customer care number was very rude, i talked to ms kiran at customer care number [protected]. Inspite of so many trials call get connected to this number.
As my parcel contain very delicate material, so i m worried about its damaging.
Kindly help in this regard and please ask your staff to cooperate properly
