Myself Pankaj Rathore, I sent a parcel on 21.10.2022 to be delivered to my hometown betul (M.P.) from Bhilai (C.G.) through madhur courier office at Supela in Bhilai. I enquired to get my parcel delivered by 27.10.2022 to which Mr. nirbhay pandey promised that it will be delivered in the said that. He also advised me to buy insurance for the parcel for prioritised delivery. Till date 28.10.2022 it has not been delivered and on tracking the consignment it is showing the last update of 22.10.22 which shows my parcel has not covered even half the distance to the address. Today I enquired to their bhopal office to which they said that parcel has not even left my nearest Raipur centre. I am frustrated as it was an urgent parcel and now it is stuck in their garbage like services. Please help as I am not sure whether they will deliver my parcel on time. I am also planning to file a police complaint against Mr. Pandey of Bhilai office for false promise.

The day before on 23.10.22, I got a call from Madhur courier Tikamgarh that your parcel has arrived, you come and take it, I said that I am out of city, pl send it to my house.

But they refused to send, today on 24.10.2022, I personally went to take parcel Madhur courier Tikamgarh, he was told that it will be available after Diwali.
You are requested that this medicine is very necessary, please kindly provide it urgently.

Shakti tools and Hardware Delhi sent me a Parcel by Madhur Courier with Docket No./C Note No.P[protected] On 11.10.2022 But Still not delivered to me . I have have try to contact many times to Madhur courier service like delhi, Gwalior, Bhopal But not pick up phone . So kindly request you to take necessary action for resolve the issue ....

A parcel/letter was sent through Madhur courier from Jabalpur (MP) on 13.10.2022 to Labhandih, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) address. However, it reached to the Jail Road office of the firm 0n 15.10.2022, however they did not deliver in the given address. On 20.10.2022, I inquired about that then they said that this is not the area of our service and kept the parcel with them. They should have not taken the parcel in Jabalpur if services are not in that area and also they should have returned back to Jabalpur.

Please solve the issue

My Parcel P[protected] is stuck somewhere. Website shows it left on 29th noon for Indore from Delhi. Its 2am in the night of 2nd oct. Parcel did not reach Indore since past 3 days! Its urgent please proceed my parcel soon. I want it delivered by 4 last.

Hello, My name is Aditya Soni, i have made a courier through Madhur Courier Services at Sanganer, Jaipur (the Name of agent is Kanhaiya) on 22nd Aug.2022 for Betma Indore. The weight of the parcel was 952 gram at the booking time but when it was received (on 26th Aug.22) by consignee the weight was only 570 gram and two items were missing.
i have tried so many times to resolved the issue but all is vain. i went local agent ( Kanhaiya) he said nothing will do of this issue and he refused to bear this loss, i called so many times of Main Branch of Madhur Courier, Windsor Plaza, Sansar Chand Road, Jaipur but they don't give me proper answer and i also called to main branch of Indore but i also disappointed from there.
i have been trying to cooperate with all of them for last 7 days but no one resolve the issue.

i humbly request you please do something, i mean how we can send our valuable and important things by courier, i request you with due respect please take strict action against such type of suppliers.

Traking no [protected] is shown in site that it is delivered on 27.08.2022 but on 27.08.2022 the said office is closed.Till date &time this article is not delivered.

This is very poor service of a biggest courier service of India.

My parcel Still not delivered to my location as it is booked by[protected] from Raipur to Delhi as there is some important medicine for heart patient.
there is no response on phone call. after so many attempt when call received, he said he will delivered by today but after 2 days still not delivered. and now no repose for phone calls. My Tracking number is [protected]. and the number of the person who is not receiving calls is [protected]

my artical has submitted on your serive 03/07/2022 chhindwara to ujjain but now 24/08/2022 my artical does not recived by party i am continues calling your service provider o[censored]jjain and chhindwara but they will not attend my call if you don't take respnsibility you shoud off your services. I am continuously calling with in three days approx 100 tine calling your againt but they will not recived my call

Courier track status showing out for delivery on 9 august but still not delivered

The number of courier boy given in website is not reachable.I aslo tried to message him but he didn't respond.Please tell me, what is the use of giving wrong numbers in website.

I sent a parcel (Doc. No. [protected]) but company not delivered to time this was to reach at 2 to3 days but not reached after 5days. this was important for me reach to time.
I am very sad this service.
