Dear Concern, I booked A Docket no.[protected] Dated. 28 April From Meerut (UPW) To Bhopal (MP) by Madhur Courier. But still it is not delivered Why? And one more thing that No one Madhur Courier Concern not giving status that when will be delivered. These and illiterate people not giving proper status. Maximum contact nos. are not picking and wrong. On inquiring about the same the concerned person (Ph No.[protected] and[protected] telling lies. Even the customer care no. of Bhopal does not exist. Please Solve my Problem. Every time whenever my Relatives sent me Important Document, Invitation Card and other notices document, I couldn't get anything from your Madhur Courier service. No delivered any from your Person who is taken care of your branch. I have asked the person how many times i will have to come your office and collect it through walk-in but they says nothing. Every time they are not delivering even my father also complaint to near my branch of madhur courier. Kindly deliver as soon as possible its urgent. I hope you will solve my Problem ASAP. My father sent a courier (Receipt No. [protected]) on 17th April, 2015 from Delhi to Amritsar. On 18th April, 2015 the online status was "READY TO DISPATCH FROM DELHI TO AMRITSAR By SURFACE : Direct" and on 21st April, 2015 the online status was "OUT FOR DELIVERY SENT TO PUTLIGHAR-<143001> IN AMRITSAR BY raj kumar Mobile-[protected]" On 22nd April, 2015 I called to the office and they said that the delivery will be done by 4:00 PM but till 5:30 PM i didn't receive the courier and when I called them again they said that the bicycle of the delivery boy was not working and delivery will be done positively by 12 Noon on 23rd April, 2015. Till 3:00 PM on 23rd April, 2015 I have not received the documents which are very urgent. The people in the office don't have manners to talk to the costumer and they didn't take any proper action.

I dispatched a courier of rare books via Madhur courier pvt Ltd.from GTB Complex branch, Bhopal on 26/02/2015 with CC Note no [protected] for Mr Shalu Gupta to Hoshiarpur(punjab).But he never received it..On repeated visits we were told that it has been lost ..Now those were 70s/80s books which are priceless as they are not available anywhere..Those were priceless.There has been no repent by this utterly bad courier service even after almost two months and no talks of compensation !!!

Till date 30/03/15 Madhur courier has failed to deliver the document at the destination. Inquiries at the local counter at Indore are unresponsive, all we get is the phone No of the delivery Personnel at delhi to call find out the status for ourselves, I am amazed by this level of professionalism by Madhur Courier.

I tried checking the status of consignment in the tracker, but its saying it is ready to be dispatched from delhi office to noida hub on 19 itself . Then i contacted noida hub office, they said it had left from here, contact sector 22 office, i contacted them and told them to deliver me today, but citing some personsal reasons like too much work in office and delivery boy doesn't get paid to call before coming, even they told me to be in home so that i can get it, i left office early and waited for them called them again and again and they promised me to give it today, and after that switch off the phone Please do the need full and i am just getting sick because of this kind of service

But thereafter it has shown delivered on fake address on 16.03.2015. All data is well available onto the company website. Shockingly when I asked to the concerning person, responsible for delivery Mr.Mukesh Shriwas (Mob No. [protected]), he replied with high insolence that I don't know and it is our not duty to confirm any thing. Dear Sir, I am Neelesh Jaiswal from Gadarwara, Dist. - Narsinghpur (M.P.). I do a courier by Madhur Courier Services Gadarwara to Delhi, but the courier not delivered to Dehli & not return to me. I had inquiry about that courier but not a sufficient answer give me the company. I had my courier back and gate a suitable compulsion by the company.

Madhur courier, shopping complex branch, opposite shoppers stop, Indore - 452001. I have not received the docket, there system is showing delivered and they are not ready to talk to their employee about the details of the same. On enquiry at the office, the officers were misbehaving with me. I asked them to contact the deliverymen, that to whom he has given the docket, they refused to do the same and making excuse that he is not having mobile phone and told me come tomorrow.
