[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Parcel Not Delivered/ worst Customer Service

My experience with this company off late has been terrible. I handed them 1 parcels which were to be delivered to locations namely Moradabad from Mumbai. The scheduled delivery time was 4 days, however 7 days have passed and still the parcel hasn’t reached the destination.

Moreover, there are no timely updates in the tracker. And what has been the worst part is their service. They are not responding to calls, messages or WhatsApp and are completely being ignorant instead of keeping the customer informed.

When i asked them where is my parcel then they are fooling me by showing some other person parcel status

This is just pathetic on their part. Strongly Recommend, not to use their services and appropriate action taken by the concerned authorities for their negligence and harassment.
